- Charlie's Angels was a popular television show that aired from 1976-1981 starring Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Jaclyn Smith with Cheryl Ladd, Shelley Hack, and Tanya Roberts stepping in after two of the main stars departed. It has been adapted into two feature films starring Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore, a short-lived reboot of the series and another Charlie's Angels film released in 2019.
- In the episode, C.J., Stephanie and Caroline each appear as the three original Angels: C.J. as Farrah's character Jill Munroe (which coincidentally later in October 1998, Pamela Anderson modelled on the cover of Details magazine in an pose identical to Farrah's famous poster of her sitting down and giving a big smile, whilst wearing a red swimsuit against a multicoloured background), Stephanie as Kate's character Sabrina Duncan and Caroline as Jaclyn's character Kelly Garrett.
- Charlie's Angels is Caroline's favourite television show.
