Matthew "Matt" Brody is a character in Baywatch.

Matt has dark, short hair and a strong jawline. As for his body, he has a very fit build which makes him well suited for his lifeguarding duties.

Matt was forced to resign after Neely falsely accused him of sexual harassment, but he returns, angering Neely. After Neely apologizes for what she had done to him, Matt and Neely successfully work together to rescue an executive and his wife from kidnappers. Matt joins Mitch, Stephanie, C.J., Logan, and Caroline on a trip to Hawaii. Suddenly, while swimming with Mitch, a poisonous scorpion fish stings Matt. Mitch takes him to a native Hawaiian village where a woman successfully healed it. Matt and Mitch escape a hostile native man and his group. Matt is never seen again, but there is a possibility that he broke off his relationship with C.J. and moved back to France.

- Matt was the second lifeguard to be involved with a girl pressing false sexual charges against him. The first being Eddie Kramer.
- Like Shauni McClain and Kekoa Tanaka, Matt came from a wealthy background and had a tough relationship with his father.
