Race Against Time, Part II is the second episode of the fourth season of Baywatch. It was originally aired on September 25, 1993 with the first part as an 2-hour episode.

Hobie, his mother Gayle, and her fiancé, Ken Jordan are trapped in a plane crash, 40 feet below the surface. Inside the rapidly filling-with-water plane, Hobie finds his mother severely injured, caught underneath a steel bar, and barely conscious. Ken is too panicked to be of any real assistance, and their pilot has been killed, leaving Hobie to try to revive his mother alone. Meanwhile, Mitch and the Baywatch lifeguards mount a massive rescue effort to save the trapped passengers.

- Guest star Jim McMullan, becomes the second actor to play Matt's father, Aaron Brody replacing Dirk Benedict from season 3. However, McMullan is not credited in the opening or the closing credits for his appearance.
- When the Baywatch lifeguards show up to help fix Jackie's Summer Place, you can see that C.J. is dressed up in the same attire as Tool Time Girl Lisa from Home Improvement, one of Pamela Anderson's previous roles.
