Mitch and Caroline help Manny when two of his friends decide to commit suicide rather than allow their parents to break up their romance. Meanwhile Cody and C.J. come face-to-face with a mermaid named Mellisande who thinks Cody is a lover she lost at sea a hundred years earlier.
