Rescue Me is the twenty-second episode and series finale of the eleventh and final season of Baywatch, also known as the second season of Baywatch Hawaii. It was originally aired on May 14, 2001.

Sean faces a major life-changing decision to leave for Australia or stay with Baywatch Hawaii, while Leigh has agreed to marry her old boyfriend Sam in a wedding ceremony on the beach as well as putting up with Zack being smitten with her after accidentally seeing her undressed. Meanwhile, Kekoa tries to make amends to her invalid father who still disapproves of her and her engagement to J.D..
