Ronnie has a somewhat shy and insecure personality when it comes to socializing at the beginning, especially with C.J. Parker who is always nervous because he likes him, but sometimes when he fails, he never gives up.
Baywatch (film)[]
Ronnie is a new recruit in the Baywatch and an expert in technology. He had always tried to enter but he failed, though he never gave up. His main reason for entering was because he had a crush on C.J. Parker, one of the female lifeguards. She shows interest in him and by the film's end, they begin a relationship.
