- This is the final episode that Tom McTigue (Harvey Miller) appear in. This is also the final episode for Richard Jaeckel (Ben Williams) as a series regular, although he would continue to appear as a recurring guest star in future episodes.
- This is the first of only a dozen episodes in which David Hasselhoff does not appear, prior to his departure from the show at the end of the tenth season.
