Episode Information[]
Mitch, C.J., Stephanie, Matt, Summer and Guido are on an ocean liner cruise down the coast of Mexico for a vacation. Guido tells Mitch that he has started a new business called Windows by Guido and pretends to be wealthy to impress a woman; a Captain named Rolf Angstrom visits headquarters and a ruthless drug dealer escapes.

- Perhaps not coincidentally, main antagonist Nicholas Rogo shares a surname with a character from The Poseidon Adventure, a film about a pleasure cruise that goes awry.
- Guest star Heinz Altieri (who plays Juan Cortez in this episode) made several appearances during the 2nd season as Heinz, a lifeguard.
